Hi all, 

No one is allowed to scratch an event at Region.  If you are in an event you "cannot" swim let me know today.  If you are seeded for the 100 free, you will swim it.  This is a huge meet, so if you are not sure you will be up for your second event I need to take you out before I submit entries.
