Coaches
Coach Henry is a Physics teacher at Daniel and has been coaching the swim team for 8 years. In her spare time, she teaches fitness classes and hot yoga.
Coach Jack is a senior economics major at Clemson University. He has been swimming competitively since middle school, including for Lucy Beckham High School and the Wahoo Aquatic Club. In 2023, He won five events at Long Course State and placed first in the 6-mile Lowcountry Splash open water race. He has coached the neighborhood summer league team, and is currently serving as the safety officer for the Clemson Club Swim Team, where he writes and coaches practice. In his spare time, Jack is training to be a pilot.
Curtis is a 2025 graduate from D W Daniel High. Curtis just finished his freshman at Lenoir Rhyne where he competed for the LR men's swim team. In high school Curtis was a state champion in the 100 breaststroke, 200 Medley Relay and 400 Free Relay and helped the team finish as State Runner-up for the first time in school history. He also won a silver medal in the 200 IM and bronze in the 100 breaststroke and 200 Medley Relay. Curtis is now a sophomore at Clemson and is majoring in Recreational Therapy and plans to swim for the Clemson Club team. This will be his second year assisting with the team.
