Hi all, 

We will have our final meet of the regular season this Saturday morning.  

Arrival

Swimmers be ready to jump in the water at 8:30.  Please arrive early to change and set up chairs on the sun deck.  Swimmers will need a chair and if anyone has tents, we could use those for the team.  Please wear the blue team suit and your team cap.  Look at the seating chart and put your chairs in the correct place.   

Volunteers

If you signed up for donations, those should be dropped off in the hospitality area in the back corner of the pool deck.  There is a seating chart attached to the meet on our schedule page.  Timers have a meeting at 10:30, so please arrive prior to that time.  The ticket taker will have a list of our volunteers.  I am still looking for people to help with Hot Heats and hospitality.  Please email me if you can help. 

Parking

There is a parking map attached to the meet as well.  If you park in the designated areas you will not get a ticket.  Please check out the maps and carpool. 

Get plenty of rest and fuel tomorrow, and if you have any questions, please reach out.
